· Apartments are rented on a first-come, first-served basis to financially qualified applicants as verified by pay stubs, credit
reports and / or other documentation. Rent may not exceed 25% of Income and Experian Credit rating may not exceed 100.

· Maximum occupancy including children: One-bedroom - no more than 2 people. Two – bedroom - no more than 4 people.

· Parking is not included in the rent and must be paid for separately and in addition to rent.

· We do not allow dogs and will institute litigation immediately should a renter bring a dog onto the property.

· Due to the large number of applicants, we may contact only those qualified.
