The City of White Plains is located in the heart of Westchester County. With a population of over 50,000 residents, it has become the largest city in the county.

The last two decades have seen tremendous growth in White Plains. While it remains a gateway to Metro NYC and charming New England, it has become a corporate hub attracting high tech firms and major corporations making it Westchester’s premier business market.

White Plains is the County Seat, and the location of the State and County’s Courts and Offices. It ranks 5th in the New York State in annual retail sales volume with many familiar and unique places to shop.

Additionally, there are numerous active and passive parks as 20% of the City’s land has been allocated to open space.

The downtown revitalization now hosts outstanding restaurants and nightlife. With culture and recreation facilities, business, entertainment and dining, White Plains has become an attractive place to call home.
