- Apartments are rented on a first-come first-served basis to financially qualified applicants as verified by pay stubs, credit
reports and/or other documentation. Rent may not exceed 25% of Income and Experian Credit rating may not exceed 100.
- Maximum occupancy including children: One-Bedroom - no more than 2 people. Two-Bedroom - no more than 4 people.
- We do not allow dogs and will institute litigation immediately should a renter bring a dog onto the property.
- Due to the large number of applicants, we may contact only those qualified within 2-3 business days of receipt of application.
Additional documentation required for each applicant after application is approved:
Verification of income (2 recent pay stubs or latest W-2) Copy of driver's license(s) or official photo I.D. w/ signature
