DeRosa Builders, Inc. is a family owned real estate development and management company established in 1957. We operate the following three residential rental properties on Lake Street off North Broadway in White Plains, New York, "Solitaire 7" at 7 Lake Street, "North Lake Apartments" at 15 Lake Street, and "Stepping Stones" at 125 Lake Street.

      This site will contain new information for each apartment building and you will be able to view each apartment. Each building has its separate page along with information regarding available apartments. Along with interior photos of each building, there will be exterior photos of the buildings.

      White Plains has transformed in the past few years into a new city. Many attractions have come to White Plains, most importantly within walking distance from 7 and 15 Lake. A short cab or bus ride from 125 will bring you into the heart of White Plains. There is a bus stop right in front of 125 Lake and another one between 7 and 15 Lake.
